Background: The ACC Interest Group, 'Creation Care Working Group' (CCWG) was set up at the 2010 ACC Conference and is an interest group for interested ACC members. There is an informal link to the ACC through the National Council.

Committee members are Rev Peter Davis, Ross MacMillan and Nola Stewart (convener). 

Aim: To help the Church make people more aware of our responsibility to look after the Creation and to place our care of the Creation on a sound Scriptural and theological basis. 

Nola Stewart has provided some personal resources for consideration including Bible Studies, PowerPoint presentations, prayers and other material. 

 

New Presentation on the Biblical Basis for Creation Care

This PowerPoint presentation was given at a Worship & Seminar Day on "Caring for the Creation" at the Camperdown Stanmore Community Church, Camperdown by Nola Stewart on 7th July 2013. Containing colour photos and many biblical texts, it can be used as reference material for Creation Care and as a presentation to groups, accompanied by a time of discussion.
